Patrick Schrank is the Managing Broker and founder of GRID Real Estate. He's been licensed in Oklahoma real estate since February 2017 and earned his broker license in January 2021.
Patrick has been managing his own rental properties since 2018, which shapes how GRID operates. He understands what it takes to keep a property rented, maintained, and profitable over time.
Patrick is also actively involved in Norman's planning and development, including serving on the AIM Norman Comprehensive Plan Committee.
